51-metre superyacht IRISHA is named winner in her category at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards held during the 2019 Superyacht Design Symposium

SuperYachtsMonaco is delighted to announce that 51m charter superyacht IRISHA, has won Best Exterior Styling at this year’s Boat International Design & Innovation Awards held during the Superyacht Design Symposium in Italy.
A finalist in two categories, IRISHA was awarded Best Exterior Styling Motor Yachts- 40m to 59m thanks to her signature exterior lines, sweeping all-glass cockpit and distinctive custom colour scheme.
Representing the very best of innovative design, styling and engineering, the Boat International Design & Innovation awards ceremony was held on the 27th January 2019 in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy.
The judges appreciated IRISHA’s generously-sized outdoor relaxation and lounge areas with a special mention for the built-in forward-facing guest sofa with its hidden folding privacy canopy on the foredeck.
IRISHA was also recognised for her use of cutting-edge technology onboard plus her unique design which was created by the UK-based Harrison Eidsgaard studio to meet her owner’s very specific requirements.
About IRISHA
Project managed by SuperYachtsMonaco and launched in 2018, IRISHA is a 51-meter semi-displacement superyacht built entirely from aluminium. Custom-built by Heesen Yachts, her state-of-the-art design is paired with impeccable Dutch craftsmanship for the ultimate superyacht experience.

Outdoors, her expansive decks have been designed as an elegant living space with a seamless transition from the interior to the exterior. Sliding doors transform the aft deck into a sheltered winter garden while an open-air jacuzzi is located on the sundeck.
