2017 marked the 27th edition of the Monaco Yacht Show. For four days in September, Port Hercule was the place to check out the most dazzling display of superyachts for sale and luxury yachts for charter in the world,. With over 9000m² of exhibition space on dry land and on water, 45 new builds making their world debut in Monaco, over 125 superyachts on display plus a full programme of glamorous events and parties, the Monaco Yacht Show was unmissable.
Also seen at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2015, at anchor, 46.7m Heesen motor yacht MON PLAISIR made an exclusive appearance in the 2017 show.
Built as a semi-custom displacement yacht by Dutch shipyard Heesen in 2008, MON PLAISIR has a steel and aluminium exterior and recently had a full hull paint and glaze. Outside, she is spacious and comfortable with vast decks, plush sunpads, a Jacuzzi, outdoor bar area and a sleek fold-down swim platform. And inside, MON PLAISIR is as elegant as she is luxurious. Her expansive interiors were designed by Heesen and Omega Architects, and she has been finished throughout in rich wood featuring stylish marble, leather and silver elements.
With an interior layout made up of 2 VIP staterooms, a double and a twin cabin plus an impressive main deck master suite, MON PLAISIR can welcome up to 12 guests to sleep on board. Her main saloon is light and airy with large windows and a comfortable seating area, while her chic dining room is the perfect backdrop for dinner parties with a view of the ocean. On the upper deck, MON PLAISIR’s skylounge has direct access to a magnificent deck terrace, the skylounge is perfectly designed for evening cocktails and dining.
As the ultimate showcase for the superyacht industry, the 2017 edition of the Monaco Yacht Show was the perfect occasion to view MON PLAISIR. With so much to offer, this lovely motor yacht was undoubtedly one of the biggest stars of the show in Monaco.
