31.62m HAPPY DAY was custom-built by iconic Italian shipyard Benetti at their Viareggio facilities, her exterior styling was designed by the in-house Benetti team, with interiors by Frédéric Mechiche. Delivered in 1969, she has been beautifully revitalised, updated and kept in perfect condition.

This dispcacement yacht with a steel double-ended hull has three spacious decks with vast interior and exterior living spaces. HAPPY DAY underwent an extensive rebuild in 2017, including all-new interiors and a refit of the master and captain’s cabin. Her engines and generators were overhauled and her stabilisers and air conditioning systems were refitted in addition to new flooring and appliances throughout.

HAPPY DAY's most recent refit took place in 2018 when, despite her already pristine condition, she returned to the shipyard to have her hull and superstructure repainted. During this refit, her teak decks were completely refitted and she was equipped with brand-new tender and water toys.

HAPPY DAY has four generously sized and flexible staterooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests on board overnight.
A full-beam owner’s suite with a queen-sized bed and two fixed Pullman berths are located on the upper deck and opens onto a private terrace. The guest accommodation onboard is situated on the lower deck and includes a master cabin, a VIP cabin and a twin cabin. All the cabins are equipped with a satellite television system -and enjoy ensuite bathroom facilities.
She also has accommodation for a four-person crew on the lower deck.

Styled by Frédéric Mechiche, HAPPY DAY’s interior was completely updated during her 2017 refit. Finished with light teak panels, the main living space has a sophisticated beach house vibe with all-white furnishings and chrome accessories.
On the main deck, her vast saloon is one of the largest to be found on a yacht of her size. Featuring an open-plan layout, the salon leads into a large formal dining area overlooking the ocean. Forward of the saloon, HAPPY DAY has an onboard study with both a library and a media room.

The main deck is ideal for socialising with a covered seating area aft and an open lounge space forward. Her extensive upper deck has been designed for relaxation with sun pads, lounge seating and 180° views of the ocean while cruising.
