NASEEM is a classically elegant 47m motor yacht from Heesen Yachts that pairs award-winning design with a prestigious Dutch pedigree. Built to exceptionally high standards, this superyacht for sale is the third hull from Heesen’s sought-after 4700 series and offers excellent levels of comfort and performance.

NASEEM was delivered in 2008 and fully refurbished a decade later. She’s designed to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle and features a vast sun deck with a raised spa pool, and a tender garage that can be converted to a spacious beach club. In 2009 NASEEM won Best Displacement Motor Yacht below 500GT at the World Superyacht Awards and has been beautifully maintained by her present owner.

Built to both Lloyds and MCA certification, NASEEM pairs a sleek aluminium superstructure with a steel displacement hull. She is also equipped with an ultra-modern stabilisation system for maximum guest comfort.
Designed for Trans-Atlantic cruising, she is powered by twin MTU 8V4000M70 heavy-duty engines.

NASEEM’s open-plan interior has been designed as a stylish contemporary living space. Finished with bleached Wenge wood and polished marble flooring, large windows enhance the sense of space and light throughout the yacht.
On the main deck, a vast salon offers an open-plan lounge with an elegant bar for pre-dinner cocktails. Equipped with a 60” plasma TV, the salon has a full entertainment system including Sky and Apple TV, plus a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system.

The lounge leads into NASEEM’s spacious formal dining area which has seating for up to 10 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is NASEEM’s professional galley which is finished in stainless steel and fully equipped with top-of-the-range domestic appliances.
Spiral stairs lead from the main deck atrium to the upper deck which boasts a spectacular sky lounge and bar. Equipped with a 60” plasma TV and full entertainment system, this space can also be transformed into a private cinema for after-hours movie sessions.

NASEEM can accommodate up to 12 guests in five generously-sized ensuite staterooms. A full-beam master suite offers guests a private lounge and vanity area overlooking the ocean plus a marble bathroom equipped with both a walk-in shower and a full bathtub.
A spiral staircase leads down to the remaining staterooms, which are located on the lower deck of NASEEM. Designed to offer guests maximum flexibility, the guest accommodation includes three double cabins plus a twin cabin with two additional Pullman berths. Equipped with a full entertainment system, each guest stateroom also enjoys ensuite bathroom facilities.

NASEEM’s clean lines are paired with a streamlined profile giving her a simple yet dynamic appearance. With a strong focus on the outdoor lifestyle, she offers multiple exterior lounges and dining spaces.
The salon on the main deck opens onto a large covered lounge area with built-in seating offering panoramic ocean views. Stairs lead from the lounge to NASEEM’s oversized convertible tender garage which can also be transformed into a beach club with a large bathing platform.

On the upper deck, the skylounge leads out onto an outdoor lounge/dining area with a large dining table and built-in lounge seating. An additional lounge/dining area can be found in the bow with comfortable seating grouped around a dining table.
NASEEM’s vast sundeck is set up for onboard socialising with a Sonos sound system plus access to the Kaleidoscope entertainment server. A forward-facing spa pool is ideal for relaxing in the sunshine while the covered lounge/dining area is perfect for laid-back alfresco meals.
